Dominic Dowling is the Group Manager for Business Growth in Glasgow City Council’s Economic Development team.
In this role, Dominic leads a team of experienced and dedicated business experts who support new and existing businesses, including social enterprises and co-operatives, to grow and develop their business. They also deliver the Glasgow Business Growth Framework, which provides Glasgow-based SMEs with access to expert support across ten Lots.
Dominic was Project Manager for the city’s work with Harvard Bloomberg on its Innovation Track, which aims to drive levels of entrepreneurship within traditionally underrepresented groups.
He is a graduate of the University of Glasgow and lives with his family in the city’s southside.
