An accomplished business transformation programme leader, Donne has over 20 years’ experience in both professional services and industry roles. After spending some time living in the US, she returned to the UK joining KPMG where she spent 14 years working in a variety of client-facing and strategic internal roles focusing on large scale operational transformation and laterally the impact of AI and digital on the professional services industry. It was during this time that the nugget of an idea for Engine B was born, and she left KPMG in 2019 to found Engine B with Shamus Rae. Engine B is a technology and AI firm focused on providing professional services firms with access to standardised, aggregated data. Starting initially with audit, they are now successfully rolling out their proprietary EB Integration Engine platform to clients in the UK and the US.
